Q: How long does it take for me to get my marker?

A: The closer you are to my location the faster it cant be, but it will take 3 to 7 business days after payment.

Q: I want to pick up my marker, where are you located?

A: In Burlington, Ontario, the closest intersection is Appleby and Britannia.

Q: Air is sipping out when I put my CO2 in, what's wrong?

A: Most likely, nothing. Make sure the magazine in out, the CO2 has a drop of oil on the top and the marker is cocked. If after your second attempt the air still comes out. Simply leave the marker to warm up for a couple hours and try again.

Ammunition

Q: What is 43cal and can I use this marker at my local field?

A: 43 cal is a smaller paintball vs the 68cal which is the standard size used in most primary markers. Most places allow you to use 43cal on BYOP days, some allow it all the time but the best way to find out is to call your local fields and find out.

Q: Every couple shots my paintballs break. What is the best Paint?

A: You are probably using Kingman paint. The shell is too weak to be used in RAM Products. RAP4 paint is ok but the BEST is the RAM Paint specifically designed for these markers.
